About Me

Blues Exile is a Sydney based band formed in 2015 playing a mix traditional blues along with a selection of originals and blues rock tunes. A 4-piece band including Hammond organ who announced their arrival on the festival scene at last year’s Sydney Blues and Roots festival in Windsor October 2015. Since then the band continues to grow in popularity with residencies in venues in Sydney’s East and West and on the coast supporting the likes of Phil Emmanuel, Mitch Anderson, Dai Pritchard and Harry Brus. The band was selected for the Sydney Blues and Roots launch party in 2016 and blew everyone away performing with legendary American Blues Guitarist CHRIS CAIN. Blues Exile has been described as a band that plays with passion and clearly enjoy what they do. The band is fronted by the very humble singer song writer Guitarist Emmanuel Gial whose smooth vocals and gritty guitar work captivate all who have caught one of the band’s performances. Blues Exile is a band of 4 passionate musicians who are just getting started and are clearly on the rise.
The band has just released its debut EP " First Met The Blues " Which is available on ITUNES, CD BABY and for Physical Release.
